7. Warranty
7.1 All of our products come with a warranty, the length of the warranty varies for each product.
7.2 Warranty period commences from date of purchase.
7.3 We do not offer an “in-home” warranty and strongly urge you to inspect the products prior to installation, where required. We are acting only as a supplier and are not responsible for the labour required for the installation, dismantlement or reinstatement of any fittings or products sold.
7.4 If you have an issue with a product that is installed, please do not attempt to remove it, or fix it yourself before you contact the warranty department.
7.5 Certain products have a replacement warranty where if there is a fault you can bring the product back to us for a replacement.
7.6 Certain products may provide an “in-home” warranty service in addition to their normal replacement warranty. The manufacturer of the product will provide the labour for the repair or replacement of the faulty part. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
7.7 Product images and/or videos of the fault, installing electrician’s details, certificate of compliance, purchase details and proof of purchase must be presented, before a warranty claim can be submitted.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or our retail store.
8.2 Consumer guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
